Vicki has many years experience training customer satisfaction, sales and coaching and is a contact centre specialist. Within this area she excels at helping to deliver bottom line results to organisations through improvement in customer service, telephone techniquies, telephone sales, contact centre quality and coaching. her most recent projects have included contact centres in Sydney and Malaysia.
