Nick Mills

Specialties: Sales, Leadership and Property Investment Training Director and principal consultant of Eureka, Nick has been involved in the business of people, training and sales for well over 20 years.

He is a passionate but commercially savvy facilitator and coach with a unique skill-set covering sales, leadership, property investor education, coaching and communication skills. Nick believes that a big part of learning involves encouraging his participants to explore, test, question and have fun with his material. He loves nothing more than seeing people ‘become their best’ and believes in making his training as ‘learner centric’ as possible.

Nick has extensive experience in sales and leadership training. His experience ranges from  the frontline sales arena right through to corporate account manager level. As a GENOS certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, this useful leadership tool allows him to combine some of his passions such as coaching and leadership with the principles of ‘being ourselves, understanding ourselves’ in the workplace.

After completing a Diploma of Management, Nick went on to Complete a Bachelor of Adult Education (majoring in HRD) and then went on to finish his Master of Education. An avowed life long learner himself, he recently completed his Qualified Property Investment Advisory certification.  Over the last 12 years he has been involved in helping some of his organisations win or nab finalist nominations in several national training awards. Some of Nick’s work includes brands such as KPMG, Australian Institute of Management, i-Soft, Uniting Care Queensland (Lifeline), IFTAD, Research Now, Coles, Avis, American Express, Flexirent, Carnival Australia, Australian Pharmaceutical Industries, Destiny, Serco, St George Community Services, Direction First, Toluna Group, Target Training, CFGT, Various Community and not-for-profit groups and many others.
