The New Team Leader Training Program

Our New Team Leader training is an action packed 2 or 3 day tailored program that provides the essentials for the new and developing supervisor, manager or team leader. Coaching Essentials for Managers Training

Managers often feel like a ‘firefighter’ and some days things are burning out of control. In these situations a coaching course can provide the support needed to give managers back a sense of control.  Coaching training can help  managers to ask the right style of questions, balance telling and asking, and help teams to make better decisions. Our coaching training is based on the groundbreaking work of Tversky and Kahnema, and can help managers to dissect biases and let go of needing to be the ‘go to person’.

The Emotionally Intelligent Leader training

When learning about emotional intelligence (EI) we like to start with an introduction about where EI came from, the science behind emotional intelligence, why it’s useful in business and in life and where the GENOS model came from.  When providing emotional intelligence training we include a GENOS 360 degree EI report. This tool helps managers to focus on strengths and challenges. We then usually explore simple, powerful and effective strategies based around EI that help develop effective people leaders, more patient parents, and better communicators.
